QUALITY STANDARD
Our finished product testing not only ensures that your products meet the standards set by your organization, your clients and regulators in your target market, We also:
• Use the standard criteria of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) to conduct (AQL) sampling
• Produce detailed inspection reports based on defined AQL
Conducted when 100 per cent of your goods are produced, packed and ready for dispatch, final random inspections are a range of visual tests that cover:
• Quality (appearance, performance, and workmanship)
• Quantity
• Packaging
• Labeling
• Shipping marks to achieve regulatory compliance (for example bar code checks)
• Transportation
• Drop checks
Final random inspections (FRI) are one of a range of on-site product inspections that we conduct to ensure quality and safety throughout the entire production process, from product design through to shipment. All inspections are conducted by experts with in-depth knowledge of the latest inspection techniques and technology.

We offer sustainable cotton in all divisions and work with GOT certified mills with certification available. BCI / Organic is our preferred route with lots of options available.
ETHICAL STATEMENT

We recognize and honor our duty to protect the workforce used in the manufacture of garments.
• Children must not be employed below the legal minimum age required by the law of the individual country.
• Employees are to be paid no less than the legal minimum wage required by the law of the individual country.
• Working hour must not exceed those set by the local legislation and over time must be voluntary.
• Maternity leave must be made available to all female employees.
• Good working conditions must prevail. The provision of adequate washrooms facilities and a canteen are essential.
• Primary medical care must be provided on site.
To ensure continued compliance our manufacturing unit is frequently inspected and reported upon by our compliance team and as a further safeguard unannounced inspections are regularly made by our senior management. Fashion Avenue is also dedicated to protecting the environment and purposely seeks out suppliers who take positive action to minimize both waste and the impact of their manufacturing processes on the surrounding environment.
